Our SKILLED Technical & Professional business has successfully provided temporary and non-ongoing recruitment, scribing, and bulk recruitment services as part of federal government department panel since 2011.
SKILLED was responsible for providing the following services:
- Department wide recruitment
- Bulk recruitment
- Temporary and Non-Ongoing engagements
- Strategic consulting
SKILLED provides a dedicated Account Manager to the Department portfolio to ensure that there is consistency of service and a streamlined point of contact. The SKILLED Account Manager is responsible for distributing roles to other States/Territories where required.
Critical to this process is seeking statements of requirement from the most appropriate Department sources to ensure the best possible candidates are put forward for vacancies. In addition, scribes must be appropriately prepped prior to attending interview panels, meetings and focus groups.
The Account Manager also seeks regular feedback from the Department’s HR and Recruitment team to ensure that our processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
In October 2012, SKILLED had successfully supplied 18 staff out of a total of 35 Statements of Requirement received – an impressive result considering SKILLED was competing against agencies concurrently to fill the same roles.
